Assessment

  • Fixed widths abound in CSS. At least, when you turn CSS off, there are no <table>s to contend with. But the page clearly can't fit my perfectly ordinary window.
  • The title is good, but the description is a bit poor — it doesn't say much more than the title.
  • The font size of the main text is set to 75%. What for?

Looks like they've got someone in to do the site design, but that person hasn't read the content.
